management to have the updated information of our major competitors. It keeps the management well informed of the market comp situation so that they can apply comp strategy efficiently.

From January of 201X, all SC&NH units begin to use the Competition Report Software to prepare the comp report. In order to ensure stores prepare the reports with the software accurately and understand the reports easy, we provide the instructions as below.

从201X年1月开始,所有的购物广场和社区店已开始使用竞争报告处理系统准备竞争报告。为了让每家店能正确地运用这个软件来准备报告和准确 地理 解这些报告,我们做了以下指引。 I. Software Install软件安装

Before prepare the competition report, store should install the Competition Report Software on C disc of the local PC. Please read the user manual before use the software.

每家店在准备竞争报告前,需在店里电脑的C盘上安装竞争报告处理系统。请先阅读使用说明(会同软件一起安装)再使用软件。 II. Report Preparation报告准备

1. OH/Ops send out the NBBL with the updated company price. 总部营运部发出包含最新的公司价格永不言败清单。

2. Stores uploaded it into the CCD file and print the competition checklist out. (See blow sample) Notes注释:

? First Part, highlighted in yellow, is the updated company price information that is retrieved from system

by OH/Ops. Store should update the retail price and comp price in CCD file when the figure is not matching the actual ones in store system. See price definition as blow,

“Comp Price” means the selling price of comp items that are on comp when the investigation is conducted.

“竞争价”是在做市调时在我店已处于竞争状态的商品售价。 “Shelf price” means the actual price of item on shelf when investigation is conducted.

“货架价”是在做市调时商品在货架上售卖的实际价格。

? Second Part, highlighted in blue, is the approved competitor name for individual store and the

competitor’s price. Store need to key the competitor’s price into the CCD file after investigation.

第二部分反现成蓝色的是每家店已批准的竞争对手和竞争对手的销售价格。商店在做完市调后将竞争对手的销售价格输入到CCD文件中。

3. Store collect competitor’s price according to the comp policy and key they into CCD file. Store can check the

keyed information per the automatically created reports by CCD file. The reports are report by item, report by dept and report by store.

5. OH/Ops collect the CCD files from JV and use them to prepare the consolidated report, including by store, by city and by CN comp report.

III. Report报告

Competition Report Software can generate below 6 sets of comp reports to show the market competition situation from different levels. Please find the report description as blow.

1. dept report, appliance dept report and fresh dept report. See

All Items - In Shelf Price - this line indicates what our shelf price is on all items in every SC&NH and what the price is on the market comp situation. This is the overall category pricing impression to our customers. (newly added line)

and what the price is on the market comp situation. (Comp and System items & this is the old Comp Report standard)

2. dept/appliance/fresh dept. See sample above.

汇总竞争报告-按城市。这份报告显示每一个城市所有店按非鲜食,家电和鲜食在市场竞争中所处的位置。(参照上例)

4. 各店的竞争报告-分部门。 这份报告提供每一家店所有部门的竞争状况。 5. 每家店的部门竞争报告 。这份报告提供每一个部门与每一个竞争对手的竞争状况。 6. Item Comp Report. It shows the comp situation for each item by competitors. 商品详情小节。这份报告提供每一个商品与每一个竞争对手的竞争状况。

IV. Submission Time报告提交时间 th th

1. OH/Ops will send the NBBL with updated company price on 10/25 of every month. It will be one day

ahead of schedule to send the NBBL out when meeting the holiday and weekend. 总部营运部于每月10号/25号发出永不言败清单(含最新的公司价格)。遇节假日或周末会提前一天发出。 thth

2. Store should submit the CCD file to JV before 10:00am of 14/30 of every month. JV collects the files and

sent to OH/Ops no later than 4:00pm in the same day.

3. OH/Ops prepare the CN/City/Store competition report on 15/1 of every month. 总部营运部于每月15号/1号准备全国/城市/店的竞争报告。
