摘要：The brushing strips (3), for an automatic car wash, are of a polyolefin foam withclosed cells. The foam material is molded into a block under pressure of >=5000 kpa, tobe cut into plates and then into strips. The foam is reticulated chemically, and has adensity of 150-200 kg/m 3> and preferably 170 kg/m 3>, with a section of 0.2-1.5 cm andpreferably 0.3-0.6 cm. The strips, of different lengths, are secured to sockets (2) by nylonfilaments at plates (1) to give the brush structure.
