The parking brake controller 19 includes an estimated temperature calculationpart which calculates an estimated temperature of a member associated with brakingbased upon parameters including a wheel speed and brake hydraulic pressure, and amemory 21 which stores the estimated temperature calculated by the estimatedtemperature calculation part. The estimated temperature calculation part calculates theestimated temperature based upon an estimated detected value when one of storage ofestimated temperature of respective heat capacity bodies by the memory 21, a detectedvalue of a wheel speed, and a detected value of the brake hydraulic pressure is abnormaland the detected value can be estimated based upon state change other than theabnormal detected value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
