摘要：Applying the method of manufacturing a polymeric foil () having partly

embedded inorganic particles () results in the polymeric foil () being suitable for use as a

movable element () in a display panel (). The method starts by embedding inorganicparticles () partly into a release layer () which covers a substrate (). This product () iscovered with a layer of polymeric material (), which is solidified to obtain the polymericfoil ().
