摘要：A method and a video data correction circuit (10) for adjusting an input videosignal. The video data correction circuit (10) has a video data processor (16) receiving aninput video signal and a present output luminance signal, and outputting an output videosignal. The video data processor (16) determines a difference between a present inputluminance data value and the present output luminance data value. If the differenceindicates that the input luminance data is changing in a prescribed direction the videodata processor adjusts the present output luminance data value by an adjustmentfunction to determine a next output luminance data value.
