摘要：A wedge shaped door stop used for wedging beneath a lower edge of aswinging door to prevent the door from moving, is removably stored within a resilientsocket which is adhesively attached to the surface of the door which is adjacent to a wallsurface when the door is swung open. The socket is shaped to closely receive the stop
when the stop is not used. The assembled stop and socket or, alternatively the socketitself form a resilient bumper arranged between the door and the wall surface to preventdirect contact of the door against the wall when the door is swung open.
