1. Procedures to take when call a station
Preliminary operations:
Before transmitting, a station shall take precautions to ensure that its emission will not interfere with the transmissions already in progress. If such interference is likely, the
station shall await an appropriate break. Method of initial call:
The call sign or other identification of the station called, nor more than three times.
