摘要：A spinning reel body of a spinning reel includes a housing, a cover member, anda guard member. The housing has an internal housing space, a sidewall that forms a sideface of the housing space, and a rear wall that forms a rear face of the housing space. Thehousing space has an open side opposite the side face formed by the sidewall. The

sidewall has a rear portion extending beyond the rear wall in a rearward direction.
